Timana Tahu and the hit of 2007

One of the biggest hits from NRL Season 2007; even rivaling the brutality of Sonny Bill Williams - was the shot put on by Timana Tahu in the Round 22 clash between the Parramatta Eels and Cronulla Sharks.

Tahu absolutely smashing Fraser Anderson and knocking the ball free with the second effort - earning the Eels possession at a crucial time in the game. It was the only showing of life from the lethargic Eels; eventually losing in Golden Point to the Sharks in a match that had Cronulla fans jumping from the rafters - including their coach Ricky Stuart.
